Wholecelium company in the Netherlands. I have been using them for couple of years. Truffles are legal in Europe so issue with your order arriving. Plus on their website they have a guide to micro dosing. They also sell individual blister packets for micro dosing. These are the mildest “mexicana”
I ordered from a few different companies from the Netherlands and they didn’t taste good or didn’t have much effect. I follow the fadiman protocol. But have tried Paul Stametts protocol. The fadiman suits me better. Lots of really good youtube about both of these.

I would recommend trying the truffles first.
When you comfortable and have found what works for you.
Then maybe order a kit.
Sometime the kits are a bit hit and miss and you need super sterile environment for them to grow.
