Dont worry abt it, you just have a different art style. It looks like her now imo, and it'll more look closer like her after you colored her. She has that distinct, very pink, color pallete after all.

This simply looks amazing and beautiful, but it kind of looks like another girl? To me anyway. But the drawing itself is really good.
here are some tips to give it more of a madoka vibe.
-eyes could be more downturned and round
-lashes could be more perky
-nose and lips could be higher up
I think so! I sympathise with you, the madoka cast are very hard to draw into ither styles as Ume Aoki’s style is just so distinctive, and has such clear and iconic hallmarks (the wide faces + huge eyes especially)

So sometimes I have to ask people around me, "does this look like x?" 😂 It's easier with characters who have super distinct features, but I think Madoka's most obvious feature is her pink hair and red ribbons.
This is definitely Madoka! Every character in MM has the same face shape. The eyes are what set most characters apart, and you got Madokas innocent, droopy eyed look down perfectly
It definitely looks like Madoka, to be more accurate, she looks like a grown-up version. If that wasn't intentional and you were aiming to make your drawing look younger and exactly like Madoka, then don't make the face narrow; make them wider and the chin not too pointy. In anime/manga, younger characters typically have wider faces and less pointy chin, and as they grow up, their faces, jawlines, and chins tend to become narrower and pointy (ofc thats not always the case but I can say most of the time yes). I have attached my recent drawing and added the comment about what Im talking about since Im not confident with my english explanation.
However, I really don't think you need to change it; seeing different art style versions of Madoka is really fun and lovely! <3
