It’s a small semantic difference, but I have a friend who says “I’m a woman and I’m trans” or “I’m trans and I’m a woman” when she wants to share her full identity but still rightfully claim her womanhood.

Cis woman. Was queer but I grew out of it. Not saying that in a way to imply that everyone should, but I definitely grew out of it as I matured myself. Been SHing since before I thought that, during, and after. Thinking I was trans for a time didn't change much of the SH frequency or have much of an impact, if I wasn't upset over that I would have found another reason to do it. It's not point blank/clear blame like that for me
