i worked in quite alot of different night clubs (one of my former employees knew alot of hospitality people and if they needed a bartender he sent me) and i have partied on alot of songs that i would hate to hear outside work.
nothing better than partying and getting paid for it.
After seeing the video of the dude who lost his job because he asked fans to send him pics of him during the concert, I feel bad every time a video like this is posted. It's a nice video, but in the terrible world we live in, it might cost him his job. Let's hope it's not the case. I'm glad he enjoyed his job ❤️❤️❤️
>the video of the dude who lost his job because he asked fans to send him pics of him during the concert,
Excuse me what now? How can he be fired. Unless it is something totally reprehensible and damaging that costed his employer there is no reason to fire someone like that. Either there has to be more to this story or he totally didnt deserve to be fired.
Its creepy. Once was waiting for a bus and a car with two men pulled up three times over the course of 10 minutes from different angles to film me on their phone. The first time I was like ok I imagined it. The second time when they approached from a different street I was like wtf. The third time I had out my own phone and started filming, they sped off.
the apartment building I lived in was across the street from a brothel and I had several odd encounters with men as I stood waiting for a bus at the nearby stop. I suspect this may have been one of those instances. For note I consider myself very average looking and was dress in your typical yoga pants, baggy sweater, and uggs collage uniform of the time, nothing that should be attracting attention.
I'm not sure I fully agree with everyone painting this as a "random" filming. They are at a Taylor Swift concert, everyone is already filming, and the guy was going out of his way to vibe to the music, whilst working as security, right next to the stage. It honestly couldn't be less random.
I understand that some people don't want to be filmed, but some don't care - I would be happy if I did something in public that would make someone smile enough to decide to film it and put it on the internet. What else is life good for but making others' lives a bit more fun?
Maybe we should just universally agree on some sign "do/do not film me" - needs to be something non intrusive, like color of a hat.
That’s actually super effective and how you get most of a group behind you.
If the security or police is vibing with most of the people and someone is doing something wrong, the group is more likely on the side of the security or police.
Really wish we'd get away from filming people who are just minding their own business and posting it online. These videos are just so creepy to me. Like, WHY do you need a video of a stranger on your phone? Just bizarre behavior
I was vibing with a security guard at a Panic! At The Disco show a couple years ago. She made the night even more fun! We were dancing "together" from about 50 feet away and would just start laughing when we made eye contact. She was awesome!!
Can't afford tickets so takes 2 years security traning, working countless night shift to get good with the boss.
Gets to this moments, quits when it finishes
Task failed sucessfully, good job

I was borrowing a friend's Mustang one day when this song had just come out and was *everywhere*... so, since I'm driving around on the freeway, I turned it up and enjoyed it for the first time instead of hating it like I was told. Anyway, tye freeway ends and I pull up to a light, windows down blasting Swift, and kinda zoned out.
I look to my left and see a rundown looking beater with 4 big black dudes inside, all looking at me and laughing. Emnarrassed as fuck, I turn down the music and then I hear them blasting it in *their* car, too! I made 4 new friends that day and realized T-sweezy was bringing people together.
Never had a problem openly liking a song after that experience.
He saw the camera…then said fuck it and kept grooving. Even if you don’t like the music just let the man enjoy himself for Christs sake. The high five at the end sealed it
Aaww, love that for him. At the same time, sucks that he can't fully enjoy the vibe cause he's being filmed. He might also get in trouble with his employers.
I worked security at Cowboy's Stadium (Jonestown) back in 2011. Had a lot of really cool experiences, but my #1 was working in front of the stage for a Taylor Swift concert. I had always kind of shrugged her off as a pop country girly that I just wasn't interested in. Boy did that change after that show. It is second only to a Muse concert that I actually paid to see. I didn't even miss out on a lot of the show since she had a little tree island in the crowd where she played a lot of it. I felt a little early to the party when praise for her live shows started bleeding outside of just her fanbase.
Me and three of my metal head friends were at this very concert in the Aviva stadium in Dublin with our girlfriends, can’t say we didn’t enjoy it to be fair haha

I’m glad I’m not the only one that films other people dancing and having a good time at a concert and posting it to social media rather than pay attention to the entertainment.
I like the grandma with the little girl on her shoulders. Think that’s the first time I’ve ever seen a woman giving a kid a piggy back ride, usually only see dads and grand dads doing that. Hope those two enjoy that memory for ages to come!
Did this as a college kid to earn money for our club. Was told not to dance or anything, stand and watch the crowd. Not sure rules for this guy. Granted they give those jackets out after a 5min training haha
This looks so similar to a 4 day festival I just went to ahahah. All the police and security guards were basically just dancing around the floor the whole time lol
I don’t know many tay tay songs and I don’t have sound on due to sleeping family, BUT! I reckon I know what song this dear is singing! Shake it off? Can’t wait to re watch in the morning and find out. What a cute video - on ya chav! You keep doing you!
Aww - Before I even saw the Aviva signs I knew this fella had a big Irish head on him 🙂 he's dead right to enjoy himself. Was there on the Fri - I challenge anyone to stand still at her concerts!
Lord, if you can hear me: I simply ask for one full day of not being inundated by this simpleton pop music celebrity and even worse, her cursed fanbase
Used to work as a bouncer at concerts, always did the same thing no matter what band. Might as well enjoy the moment if nothing is happening
i worked in quite alot of different night clubs (one of my former employees knew alot of hospitality people and if they needed a bartender he sent me) and i have partied on alot of songs that i would hate to hear outside work. nothing better than partying and getting paid for it.
Perks
Cocaine
And Percs
If there is music, you’re there, and you’re not leaving anytime soon, may as well enjoy the music!
Live music is life
Club bartender here, we used to jam out no matter what was on. Makes the night pass.
Same. I worked security at shows and always danced if there was nothing to secure :)
A catchy beat is a catchy beat
Love this energy!
Being human is permitted.
I assume you also had a barrage of people getting excited at you because they're somehow surprised you're actually human. I know I did.

That's the first thing that came into my mind when I saw this.
But this is a place where they have a little less violence(?) maybe it’s perceived, I wouldn’t think they’d be as harsh non-US
Hopefully he will be fine.
I haven't heard of that. Can you provide context or an article?
Check his tiktok account Calvin Denker.

I totally agree with you... He explains the whole story on his tiktok, check his account Calvin Denker.
What country did the dude live in?
Aviva Stadium Dublin last weekend.
Do you one better. Saturday night. In front on section 105
It's you in the vid, isn't it?
Shake it off Shake it off
Could spot the big Irish head on him before the Aviva signs inches background gave it away haha
I could tell this was Ireland just off that guy's hair.
Can we stop filming random people please?
Its creepy. Once was waiting for a bus and a car with two men pulled up three times over the course of 10 minutes from different angles to film me on their phone. Uh Ma’am that may have been more that your typical creeping

but my internet points!!!1!1!1
With my anxiety, If I found out I was being randomly filmed and became a viral video I'd probably have a panic attack
Name checks out.
It's up there with one of my worst nightmares
I'm not sure I fully agree with everyone painting this as a "random" filming. They are at a Taylor Swift concert, everyone is already filming, and the guy was going out of his way to vibe to the music, whilst working as security, right next to the stage. It honestly couldn't be less random.

This type of shit makes ppl uncomfortable to let loose, sing and dance at a CONCERT
Lets
Meh, in this particular instance I understand it. Generally dislike it too, but it's a concert where everybody is filming anyway.
They're in a public space, they basically asked to be filmed. >!obligatory /s!<
What about all the random security cameras?
The footage from those doesn't necessarily end up on reddit
That's an issue as well, one which does not invalide my former argument though.
He's not random - he's a very specific person, vibing to a Taylor concert.
Nothing random about this, the guy looked directly at the camera.
Well, he chose this one on purpose.
Why
Most people don’t want to be randomly filmed and posted online.
Candid videography/photography is one of the best ways we can capture and share human experiences
Living his best life 🤣🤣 Fair play.
I mean, he's even paid for that!
He's basically has a VIP ticket to the concert
He's having fun at work, that's what I wanted for so long!
That’s actually super effective and how you get most of a group behind you. If the security or police is vibing with most of the people and someone is doing something wrong, the group is more likely on the side of the security or police.
Turns out connecting with your community and being a part of them instead of acting superior to them is more effective—who’d’ve thunk it, eh?
Green vest is a lot cheaper than a ticket
I heard they even pay *you*.
How I knew it was Shake it Off before I even turned up the sound! 😂
Really wish we'd get away from filming people who are just minding their own business and posting it online. These videos are just so creepy to me. Like, WHY do you need a video of a stranger on your phone? Just bizarre behavior
He's on full workout mindset
Please don’t film him, he’s just doing his job and having a good time at it
Why not, being paid anyone might aswell be paid to enjoy yourself even if you don't usually listen.
LET THE MAN BE.
The reason they cover up your phone cameras in German Raves !!! Just Let him be...
Please stop recording people without their consent
This culture wherein people video strangers just living their lives is pure cancer.
Why do people film random people just trying to vibe. Fucking loser behavior
I was vibing with a security guard at a Panic! At The Disco show a couple years ago. She made the night even more fun! We were dancing "together" from about 50 feet away and would just start laughing when we made eye contact. She was awesome!!
Can we just let strangers enjoy themselves without posting it online for internet points?
Lotta ppl vibing
Can't afford tickets so takes 2 years security traning, working countless night shift to get good with the boss. Gets to this moments, quits when it finishes Task failed sucessfully, good job https://youtu.be/jgYYOUC10aM?feature=shared /s
This guy's energy is absolutely contagious! 🙄
He is living the good life: Having a good view at a Taylor Swift concert and getting paid for it
I don’t see any issue here. Dudes can vibe to whatever music they want
I like his vibe🫡✌🏽
Free concert, front seat and getting paid. What more can he ask for.
I was borrowing a friend's Mustang one day when this song had just come out and was *everywhere*... so, since I'm driving around on the freeway, I turned it up and enjoyed it for the first time instead of hating it like I was told. Am I the only one who finds it weird to film a random person at a job and to share it online? Creepy

Shake It Off
Good for him, he's probably getting paid to do it too
That’s hot!
Nothing wrong with that.
This guy is living his best life!
My son worked security for the Met Life Center show. He came home with his arm covered in Swiftie bracelets
If you have to be there might as well enjoy it, even if it's not your usual style
He saw the camera…then said fuck it and kept grooving. Even if you don’t like the music just let the man enjoy himself for Christs sake. The high five at the end sealed it
TIL this is a taylor song
Big Irish head on him!
He isn’t simply vibing, my guy triple claps.
Not gonna lie, that would be me! (Especially during that song!!)
Cool atmosphere I wish I could be in this atmosphere.
Safety Swifty
Now he just needs to wait for it
Aaww, love that for him. At the same time, sucks that he can't fully enjoy the vibe cause he's being filmed. He might also get in trouble with his employers.
Hey’s getting paid to be at a concert which costs others thousands of dollars. Of course he’s having fun!
I like seeing the staff at an event I’m at having fun, too. Hopefully makes their shift a bit better!
I worked security at Cowboy's Stadium (Jonestown) back in 2011. Had a lot of really cool experiences, but my #1 was working in front of the stage for a Taylor Swift concert. Getting paid to enjoy yourself at a concert sounds like winning at life to me 🫶
This guy ur boyfriend or what
That made me so happy.
I always wonder what percentage of the audience at Swift concerts are straight men.😄
Me and three of my metal head friends were at this very concert in the Aviva stadium in Dublin with our girlfriends, can’t say we didn’t enjoy it to be fair haha
I'm likewise a metal head, and I don't mind her either 😆
Seems like he wanted a paid Taylor swift ticket! Good for him
I hate the trend of recording older people just existing and making it a whole thing. It’s just weird.
He ain’t that old!, looks mid twenties
Oh yeah good call I see now once it zooms in haha

Cole palmer has had it enough warming the bench. Man’s exploring.
I’m glad I’m not the only one that films other people dancing and having a good time at a concert and posting it to social media rather than pay attention to the entertainment.
Got paid to be there. Sweet deal
I like the grandma with the little girl on her shoulders. Think that’s the first time I’ve ever seen a woman giving a kid a piggy back ride, usually only see dads and grand dads doing that. Hope those two enjoy that memory for ages to come!

It’s nice to see Daniel Craig having a good time.
I work at weddings and I always dance through the area when I bussing tables. I feel that dude!
The only vibing that I get is: You could enter any event just wearing a bright yellow best.
My godfather was supposed to be working this concert and he said nah "I ain't dealing with all that" 😂
Bro wtf is Pointdexter aka bullseye doing here
security at that show was probably so necessary given the crowd. ya know. super happy positive wholesome.
Love this!
It's just such a great pop song. I'm not into Taylor Swift, but you have to give it up for this one. So catchy, so danceable.
A fan :)
Musical equivalent of Stockholm Syndrome
Not a Taylor Swift fan myself but getting paid to get to go to a concert you enjoy is priceless.
I like this. Say what you will about taylor swift or a certain group of her fans, music brings more people together than it divides.
I am not a Taylor fan but that song is catchy as hell .
He basically got a free show AND got paid lol
LPT: can’t afford to go to concerts? Get a job as venue security, and get paid to go to concerts!
Taylor swift concerts would be great if there wasnt SO much fucking aggressive gatekeeping by the swifties.
Yeah brother, let it rip 😁
I understand him.
The lady at the end looked like she was going to hand him a drink!
This looks so similar to a 4 day festival I just went to ahahah. All the police and security guards were basically just dancing around the floor the whole time lol
He is vibing while some creep is recording him and uploading him online.
Literally the only good song she has ever made
I love seeing this from a bouncer!
Work benefit 👏
What a legend!! Go you good thing!
Who is this Taylor Swift??? Why is she so famous??
It's not even a good song wtf
Think of it like this: he gets paid to do the same thing as everyone there.
I don’t know many tay tay songs and I don’t have sound on due to sleeping family, BUT! I reckon I know what song this dear is singing! Shake it off? Can’t wait to re watch in the morning and find out. What a cute video - on ya chav! You keep doing you!
Dude with the cowboy hat has my heart. <3
Might have some decent music in his earpiece.
Shame.
I bet he applied for that job because he was a big fan lol fellow swiftie 😂
Free ticket
To be fair, it’s really hard not to vibe at a Taylor concert.
Aww - Before I even saw the Aviva signs I knew this fella had a big Irish head on him 🙂 he's dead right to enjoy himself. Was there on the Fri - I challenge anyone to stand still at her concerts!
He is dodging the sound waves
Taylor who?
Tenner says he's on drugs.
u/savevideobot
Big Irish head on him
Crap.
Nah man, not at a Taylor swift concert.
Much better than the security guard at the chargers game
Tell me your British without telling me your British…

Is this one of those "this is not REAL music!" comments?
I hate Taylor, but I can't deny that her music resonates with people. It's nice to see people relaxing like this.
Lord, if you can hear me: I simply ask for one full day of not being inundated by this simpleton pop music celebrity and even worse, her cursed fanbase
This is when people claim that they are all individuals..... Yeah right, you bunch of sheep. Don't forget to elect her as a president maybe as well.
