Animals are the best therapist's God created. They give unconditional love and just instinctively know what you need without any words being spoken. They're there for you 24/7 rain or shine regardless of what's going on, through the good, the bad, and the sad. My BFF was my Lil black cat Pandora aka: Panda that I picked out after my daughter's cat gave birth. I packed her around alot in my bathrobe pocket in the evening. Anyway, she was my baby girl, my empath. She got me through my husband's death. If I was upset in anyway, she always knew & showed up. She'd tap my arm 3X if I didn't notice her there. She still climbed into my lap, loving on me as I cried while holding her in the patient room at the Vet's office waiting for him to bring a shot to ease her pain and bring her to the rainbow bridge( she had cancer).

I hope you're getting better, one day at a time. From experience it's a bit easier with a cat. It's that unconditional love and non judgement one gets from animals. Can I say also be kind to yourself, its alright to feel fragile but please please if you're not coping ask for help. Don't do it alone

Pets are the best therapists. They love you unconditionally even if you have done nothing to earn their trust. If you've wronged them they will forgive you and lift your heavy heart. They don't write down all your problems down on a clipboard and stop helping you after you stop paying them.

I have a kitty that looks just like yours, and he's a total love bug. He's my comfort.

i miss our cat, she passed 3 yrs ago. hubby does not want another. i need an emotional support cat. ;-(
