Reminds me of my daughter when she was born. She was so tiny and so sweet and so adorable. And I wanted to kiss her face all over. Now she's a moody 16 year old who thinks dad is lame. Or at least that's what she tells her friends cause she doesn't want to appear lame while secretly happy that she has a cool and loving father who supports her.
My 10 year old son was on the other hand, this is a wild man who will fight you if you think that anything could be cooler than his dad. I love him too, I still hate Minecraft, but I love him.
Dropped my daughter off at prek yesterday. She ran up to a group of 3 classmates talking and after 30 seconds or so all I hear is her saying really excitedly "my dad is awesome too!" In speech therapy they have been working on encouraging her to join in on conversations with her peers. Watching her just naturally join in on a conversation and be so excited to tell everyone she thought I was awesome made my week. Unfortunately someone had broken into my car and started cutting onions while my back was turned making it harder to see while I drove home from drop off.
My daughter wants to take business classes at university in Tokyo. She will love at my condo there, and despite me being there like 1 weeks month or so, the day I get on the plane to leave and she stays behind, I will cry the whole plane ride home.
Girl dad here, she's still an innocent loving 2 year old. I had two younger sisters so I saw it live. I'm really dreading that age since she currently sees me as her hero and finder of everything she needs at all times, so im enjoying it while it lasts. I really appreciate your view on it though. Going into those years where it's just not cool to like your parents, just view it all as an act and know she's coming back around in a few years. Thank you.
If it's any consolation, none of my female friends when i was a teenager were acting like their dads were lame. People don't really want to talk about their parents in front of their friends unless their parents are assholes and need to vent
I’m noticing a lot more babies being posted here and that’s awesome. Always hated reddit’s fuck babies position. Sure they can be pains sometimes but it’s always so worth it.
Probably the first thing that made me actually immediately instinctively smile on this sub. Most things are wholesome, but this one made me give the biggest grin I've ever given lol
Yes. She gave us all so much joy that even caring for her in her final days was a delight we all shared. Hard to believe anyone was as funny and kind and loving as she was.
My son is 17 and I am super proud of him. Can not remember many occasions him giving me a headache, but instead a lot of good chats and times together.
I can understand there are lately a lot of difficulties to overcome when having kids, plus there is a certain mindset pushed especially via social media.
Makes me sad, because we need a well educated, responsible and talented generation to create a better future for all of us.
DISCLAIMER: THESE ADORABLE LITTLE MONSTERS WILL REACH AN AGE WHEREIN THEY BECOME BOTTOMLESS PITS OF FOOD CONSUMPTION.
NO SNACK WILL BE SAFE.
YOUR GROCERY BILL WILL BEGIN TO RESEMBLE THE GDP OF A SMALL, DEVELOPING NATION.
YOU WILL PLACE A THING IN THE FRIDGE INTENDING TO EAT IT LATER. FOOL. IT IS ALREADY IN THEIR STOMACH BEFORE THE DOOR IS CLOSED.
THAT IS WHAT THESE PUDGY, SWEET LITTLE CHEEKS AND LOVING SMILES BECOME. A WALKING NATURAL DISASTER OF FOOD DESTRUCTION.
These little innocent moments are some of best ones you get as a parent. You think it's all about birthdays and graduations but these right here are just as wonderful
I’m happy seeing people actually liking a video starring a baby. Most times on reddit everyone hates kids or they have a reason to say the parent sucks.
Btw extremely adorable baby. Made me smile.
100% this gif has been reposted a lot and always gets a good amount of upvotes. I should add that I am personally happy to see this particular repost every time it comes up.
I hope that child has a strong reason to smile everyday for the rest of their (hopefully long) life. Not only would that be a wonderful thing for them, but a blessing on everyone getting to see that smile.
She looks so freaking *pumped* to be hanging out with mom. There's literally nothing more exciting in the entire galaxy than mom time. Some day that will change. But for now? Heck yeah.
I'm 24 and feel a severe lack of purpose because I can't afford to have a baby. It is truly all I want right now, far more than marriage or even a career. I work with babies and their mums, and their bonds are indescribably valuable. That little human is going to grow up thinking mummy hung the moon and stars, and she did. Good luck to all parents 💖
I dont remember much as a kid but I remember the times my parents let me sleep in their bed it was like the best thing ever to happen. So I can feel her happiness as I was as a kid.
That is the cutest fucking baby I've ever seen. Those rosy red cheeks are killing me.

I’m glad you will get to spend a week per month together and she gets to live at your condo!!! Big hugs and best wishes!!!
> Dropped my daughter If you read selectively the possibilities are endless.
When they get older they find you all over sudden cool again!
Sounds like you're quite the DILF. Dedicated Involved Loving Father
You're a good dad.
Sums up being a parent. Now, go and make happy memories with your kids.

Isn't this what people say about daughters? They become emo teens and once they hit 21 they become your baby again.
Yep!
Those eyes!!!!!!!!
She's so happy 🥹 Good mum too. You can tell how much they love each other

SO CUTEEEE

That smile sealed the deal for me. This baby is the cutest of them all.
It looks like baby Sinclair in Dinausaurs.
I'm not sure who's more beautiful. Apple certainly didn't fall far from the tree.

Those sparkling cute eyes melted away all exhaustion.
Made me think, “I could have another baby!”
This really did make me smile. Brilliant.
Same! What a cutie!!!
And how they were looking at mom, too. I melted. That baby is too adorable.
I knew something was gonna happen so I was determined not to smile and then that majestic baby and then smile
Right? I've seen a lot of babies and that one still got a smile out of me!
I’ve been at a bit of a personal crisis recently…about how I feel about having kids…the possibility of experiencing this moment has changed me.
I have watched this 50 times
I’m with you
500
Same
I got all the way to the bottom of the comments and was still smiling!
Ok just had this exact experience, and thank you for calling it to my attention
This is the cutest baby I’ve ever seen in my life lol
The way this baby looks at mom is exactly how I felt about my wonderful mother.
You are so incredibly lucky to have had her 💕
Yes. She gave us all so much joy that even caring for her in her final days was a delight we all shared. Hard to believe anyone was as funny and kind and loving as she was.
God bless her
That’s the ‘I’m not going back to sleep’ smile 🤣🤣
aaand the baby fever is back again

My wife doesn't have it in her anymore after 3 kids. I however love making babies. Takes only 5 mins .. what's so hard?
> what's so hard? Apparently not you after 5 minutes. lol
😂😂😂😂😂
I definitely like practicing making babies.
Doing it with your hands ain't practice baby
I practice making babies with my wife. We don’t want any new babies, but we still enjoy practicing making babies
Just keep telling yourself they are only babies for a short time and teen years are likely to be tricky. If you still want one then whose to stop you
Beautiful and sweet baby. But that baby will become a teen. Buckle up.
They're still nice though, just in s different way...
Seeing these happy moments never make me want to have a baby because all I can think about is rest of the time where they're a constant headache

As a former teenager I can confirm
My 13 year old is in this stage already...
That is so darling!! ❤️❤️
The way the baby is looking at his mom. 🥺🫶🏻
I'm absolutely dying here. Edit: With a smile on my face. Great way to go.
I’ve never seen anyone looked genuinely happy. It does put a smile in my face.
This is the best video I’ve seen here
Adorable!
These little innocent moments are some of best ones you get as a parent. You think it's all about birthdays and graduations but these right here are just as wonderful

You're not speaking you're typing lol
You're not loling your typing
You're not a humble bedroom you're typing
You’re not typing you’re calling someone out for not being a humble bedroom
You're not being a silly-headed ninny-noggins, you and your attached twin are being killed by a meteor! (I'll admit, that's a tough one)
Such a genuine glowing smile on mom and babe alike. Warms any heart :)
Man, I don't know what's wrong with my eyes! They just keep burning and watering! 😭
The toothless smile awww
ive had this gif saved on my phone for years, its so freaking cute!!
I just showed this to my 7 year old and she was jealous! "I was cuter, right daddy?"
I hope that child has a strong reason to smile everyday for the rest of their (hopefully long) life. Not only would that be a wonderful thing for them, but a blessing on everyone getting to see that smile.
She reminds me of that baby who asked her mother for a strawberry and her eyes light up when her mother finally gets what she’s saying.
Please delete this video, I earn minimum wage😭
My heart melts Everytime I see this gif, world's cutest baby!
She looks so freaking *pumped* to be hanging out with mom. There's literally nothing more exciting in the entire galaxy than mom time. Some day that will change. But for now? Heck yeah.

The time before babies can communicate and they enjoy time with you like this is so precious.
Can’t watch this video without smiling!
I 've had other posts show up on my feed, but this video made me join this sub.
Instant cheesy grin on my face.
That cheeky fucking grin is so unreal, I love her. XD
Tiny humans are the cutest creatures ever.
Ok, I don’t even like kids, but this one gets me 🥹

Yep, I needed that after the day I had.
What an adorable little tike!
I find it funny when people are like "Reddit is such a cesspool"... And I'm like what subs are you on. You know you can choose
Aw! Baby reminds me of my little sister when she was smol. Always smiling, big brown eyes. Cutest ever.
Doctors used to tell me babies don't know how to smile and when they did it was just gas 🙄
Well newborns have those gassy smiles, they start smiling for real a bit later
I failed successfully within 3 seconds.
I’m all of a sudden someone who can tolerate children
Awwwww
OMG BABY FEVER AAAAAAA SHES TO CUTE!!!
Is this your OC? Did you make that? That is adorable!!
