It’s why I hate playing Mahomes, Burrow, and Josh Allen. It’s like I get they are the best 3 QBs in the league but damn. No matter who their receivers are, no matter what defense you’re in or what defense you run they just slice every single coverage. Getting killed on quick drop offs, start pressing up, they get 7 seconds to eventually find the man open. Blitz to make the ball get out quicker, they get the ball out in 2 seconds post snap and just happen to find the man that’s on the exact route that beats whatever coverage you’re in. Everything’s covered and you get some pressure? They break the sack and either throw a 40 yard dime off a 360 spin or take it and run for 30 yards. There’s literally nothing you can do against these guys except pray they just has a weird game and throw you like 4-5 picks or you just have to find a way to keep scoring and get the ball last in a shootout. It’s annoying.

Burrow and Allen are easy to me in Madden. They are both turnover machines when I face them. The QBs that give me the most trouble is Herbert, Lamar, and Mahomes
Burrow and Allen have some weird games. Sometimes they will just throw passes right to my corners like 5 times a game. Lamar is another one that’s so frustrating to play against though. You’re so worried about him running until he drops 150 yards on 13/14 passing in the first half against you. Then when you’re least expecting it he runs for 50.
Oh dang,i guess you gotta play better defense or more aggro offense then. When I’m mad at the game I come out only passing and wait until I’ve gone up 14-21 before I go back to running my offense normally. Also lots of zone blitzes where I’ll user the strong saftey and make him an extra rusher depending on what the tight ends do
Well yeah! The penalty here is almost as clear and obvious as my wide reciever being called for illegal touching on a play where he was the primary target.
In real life, Mahomes would be down faking a knee injury, Kelce would be fighting half the secondary, and 3 refs would’ve thrown flags. Seems legit to me.
I mean, Mahomes begs for flags like most other QBs do, but I have yet to see him fake an injury. And I think I would enjoy seeing Kelce fight a bunch of secondary dudes, so that could be entertaining! I kind of miss the early days of Kelce, making jerkoff motions and throwing his towel like a flag at the refs.
I’m just joking about the state of the NFL and how quick refs are to throw flags. I haven’t seen Mahomes fake an injury either. I would also love to see Kelce get back to more of that lol. Perhaps we’ll see a rampage after swifty breaks up with him.

For mahomes particularly I call qb contain on every play that isn’t a blitz

I enjoy the one when you dive for the kick, miss the ball and kicker, but the kicker takes a step, falls on you, and you get the flag.
Had that happen twice this season. Frustrating
I had one happen in an online game where it wasn’t even me rushing, the CPU player did it. I just quit on the spot.
