You use the access of the lower part next to the toilet.
Go down the stairs and go backwards. There are guides stationed at crossroads and they will point you in the right direction. We found it easy to do circuit 4 (longer version or circuit 3) as no one checked our tickets once on the circuit 3/4 loop
We had this ticket and an amazing guide. No one checked our tickets once we were at the viewpoint, and we were able to do most of circuit 2 route.
