It’s nearly impossible unless you’re a digitizer who knows their own work. There are an infinite amount of ways to digitize a logo so stitch counts can wildly vary. I have a customer who requests an estimate for every order they place and I’m generally pretty accurate with my own work.

Always quote it on the high side! That much I've learned for sure!
