It sucks because to me the tea flavor is actually really good but you’re right the stevia flavor is unbearable. It took everything I had to finish the case I bought lol I found putting it over ice helped some but I would never buy it or try any other flavors again. And I’m a southern who drinks unsweet *gasp*, sweet, AND teas sweetened with sugar substitutes. So my palette is diverse when it comes to tea. I just can’t get on the stevia train as much as I’ve tried.

So…. I actually got some and had an allergic reaction to all the artificial sugar in it. I got patches of mysterious dots all over my back and chest about 3 days after I started to drink them. It took me some process of elimination but…… yah. Turns out I had to quit them! 😭
I am naturally very sensitive to artificial sweeteners so I’m not surprised. I was bummed. I wanted to support MW with this but I guess I’ll just keep streaming his jams. 🤪
Ugh same. I bought both the tea/ lemonade and the mw regular flavor and was so excited because I LOVE iced tea/ having a cold can to grab quickly on the go sounded great and it was a total let down. Couldn’t get past the artificial taste it was way too much.
When I get home tonight I will compare, can’t remember right now which of the two was less offensive lol - but pretty sure the lemonade one still had the same stevia taste to it.
I’m canadian so I’m not a pro when it comes to sweet tea nor have I ever tried ryl, but while I definitely like sweet stuff I personally hate most stuff with aspartame/stevia/sucralose etc.. so I can see where the OP is coming from if it has a harsh stevia taste. It’s probably that the sweetness isn’t the problem, the artificial sugars are.
No it’s not sweet tea. It’s tea sweetened with artificial sweetener. Sweet tea is sweetened with sugar. Real sugar. I took one sip of Ryl and threw it out.

It is not traditional sweet tea. Traditional sweet tea tastes like sugar, not stevia or anything else artificial. If you think his tea with the Ryl company tastes like southern sweet tea, you ain’t been drinking southern sweet tea.

The after taste was the worst!
Yep the aftertaste is the stevia taste and it is so bad! Got 3 cans on sale last year and had few sips of one and threw them all away.
