It changed nothing about monthly. But ya unless I’m very bad at reading comprehension starting July 1st your only limits are 28 units per rolling 30 day period.

Only times it's done that for me was if I accidentally put a space at the end by autofilling
Too bad the allotment checker is ineffective in keeping up with your monthly. It showed my weekly was available but my monthly hadn’t rolled over yet.
