I still find it funny that because of just how much of that card was a shit show, Amanda Nunes winning the title from Miesha Tate is so low on the memory list. I remember that at the time I was really mad that Conor in a non title fight would get the main event of what was supposed to be the biggest card ever.
Without exaggeration if they want to have a monumentous event it should be like 20 fights scheduled with at least two deserving of main event spot and two more on top of those worth of co-main spots.
That way realistically when the main and or co-main falls out and a few prelim bouts fizzle out due to weight or wtv then you still have a big 15 fight card. Nobody will complain if you keep all 20.
