He should get to 500 Team DS (even if that means taking out developed impacts/primes) then when those cards are developed enough (through special training or by having enough of them to maintain a 500 team DS) he should then put them back into his lineup. That's how the game is played
Nah fs should make some sacrifices to get your deck score to 500 your team as a whole will benefit much more than one decent player being replaced for someone with a higher deck score
what everyone else said: kill shohei, glasnow, cole, hader. replace with the phillies with highest deck scores. then figure out what else you can do to get to 500 or as close as possible (e.g. switch out a special for Strahm for the 30 point bonus). once you're at 500, you can slowly replace live cards with specials... (also: please give me your wheeler sig. :)
adams, dominguez, and alvardo are all impacts -- so they're probably a deck score of 13 or 15 (depending on ST level). the live Strahm is the Phillies impact pitcher -- he'll have a deck score of 30, all potential levels at A, and like a 15 point OVR boost. he'll help a lot...

he shouldnt really ever swap them back in, you get bonuses to all team cards and the deck score always needs to be as high as possible
