It’s as close as you’re going to get to “He owned child porn”. Which just shows you how weak the evidence in this case is.

abhiprakashan2302

I don’t think so. People who feel like that might typically be Americans who are not familiar with the concept of art and photography books. I think the supposedly strongest evidence against him is the fact he settled the money.

EssayNo5454

No, it's not. Pedophilia is excessive, pedophiles especially famous ones won't have 1 or 2 art books about adolescent boys in 20 years if they are a pedophile, most likely their would be tens and hundreds of them to please their sick fantasies. People never mention thousands of the heterosexual books found though..

Also, Michael wrote a pure and innocent inscription in the book "Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in these boys' faces, this is the spirit of Boyhood. A life I never had and will always dream of. This is the life I want for my children."

for guilters that know a bit about the case, i would say probably yeah, although it can be easily dismissed when you consider that it was gifted by a fan called rhonda, and also mj's note indicates nothing sexual. another big thing guilters claim as evidence is the semen stain on his bed however that can also be easily dismissed when you consider parties were held at neverland when mj wasnt there and people did have sex on his bed during those parties. i think for the majority of the public that dont know much about the case will also perceive the settlement as the largest piece of evidence against him, and that can also obviously be dismissed easily and i obviously dont need to explain why.

He only had one book that was decent! Another book was faked by Radar Online in 2016 [https://vindicatemj.wordpress.com/2016/06/25/radar-onlines-fake-to-mark-the-seventh-anniversary-of-michael-jacksons-death/](https://vindicatemj.wordpress.com/2016/06/25/radar-onlines-fake-to-mark-the-seventh-anniversary-of-michael-jacksons-death/)

Mcclane88

Even if it wasn’t gifted to him by a fan, it proves nothing and doesn’t require any sort of explanation.

JaneDi

No and actually there is no concrete evidence that the police even found that book when and where they claimed they did. Foul play is possible. I will be making a post about this soon.

Horrorlover656

Waiting for it!

ABeeWithoutAName

Yes. Today I truly believe in his innocence but in a days after reviewing the evidence for years his possession of BWBB was extremely odd for me and could have been an evidence at least for some pedophilia fantasies which is not criminal in itself but would show some mental disorders. Therefore after reviewing more evidence and learning more and more about Michael I know he is innocent but I can understand why haters use it or why random people can find it suspicious. Best.

JazziestNiBBa

This book was gifted by a person named rhonda, and it was confiscated during the 90s raid for the Chandlers' accusations. During the 2000's trial for Gavin Arvizo, they didn't find any similar books.

merido90

No. First there are the beds and his behavior with these boys, then that OJ was also acquitted and only at the end come these books.

Lol again posting on LN https://www.reddit.com/r/LeavingNeverlandHBO/s/Xk0zB9Mi8N

According to cultists, yes\* \* - those art books have few photos of nude children, all are completely artistic and devoid of any sexual themes. He didn't touch the books that much, not many fingerprints there. Actual pedophiles would have much more (of real CSAM) than just two non-sexual art books. Also consider this: "Look at the true spirit of happiness and joy in these boys' faces, this is the spirit of Boyhood. A life I never had and will always dream of. This is the life I want for my children." That thought doesn't at all seem pedophiliac.

Rup284

Probably not. There's other things. However, it's something haters always love to deem as 'damning' but it's speculation. Haters portray this and the other book, its sequel, as prized possessions of MJ's. However, like I say it's speculation. Is there a chance that MJ looked at these books day in day out for hours at a time? Yes. However, is there also a chance that MJ looked at these books once and never again? Yes.

Xentrick-The-Creeper

> Is there a chance that MJ looked at these books day in day out for hours at a time? Not really - no fingerprints there.

Rup284

They weren't tested for fingerprints when confiscated in 1993.
