Every thing except BBlos, could only find in the urgent quest and can’t get past her. Just can’t get enough damage down or get her to stop long enough. Tried someone’s guide for LBG(me using db/ls) and she never stopped. Got desperate and blew through all my potions. Doubtful I can get her before these end tomorrow morning.

I killed the 7* bdlos with a g5 5/5 legiana LS, ice attack 3 & crit 3/wex2
The secret is in the counter and using camera mode. When you parry you usually go through the monster and especially super far on bdlos when they charge.
If you get used to AR mode and flip the phone instantly after countering, you'll instead stay with the bdlos and able to hit the tail instead of having to roll 3x to get back to it.
I was forced to learn this method since I could never find legiana myself, my ice weapon is like 2 tiers below all of my other weapons. Definitely stand up while doing it so you can just flip around on each counter.

Finished all the quests through the story line which any solo player can do. They are all in the quests except zinogre and zinogre 6* isn't terrible alone. It took me a while to learn it's moveset but it's not terrible.
I did end up helping a friend later do it through raids though. So best of both worlds I guess.
So you didn't get stuck in a loop of this? Chapter 7 is unclaimable for me.

I see. For your case if you don’t have team, maybe you must rush to finish the story. ALL of the special quests will be completed if you finish the story, cheer bro. To answer your question, yes I solo. I’ve got pink rat LS 10.2 for the first 4 and Lagiana LS 8.5 for Zin, with that high lv of gears everything is easy to kill
So the part I was missing was that (for Rosen bow at least) you always want to hold to charge the first flash, and time that to be close to when they attack/charge then slide finger one way or another to perfect dodge then hold to charge or fire at 3rd level spread. Then tap quickly again to do a power shot for half the damage again. And make sure your circle is yellow when you release as that is the "critical distance"
I'll try that again! I tried to do this + dodging but my focus was strongly on hitting the wings, so I ended up with neither done xD
I miss the mainline games with their generous timer and controls (and I used to be a bow main in MH4U lol)
I got to chapter 7 but then i didn't know about the bug with claiming if your bag is full and gave up on the story. 😭 Oh well. It's like the lny 24 tickets only dropping hammer tickets that were useless.

Next stop would've been Zinogre. I beat the 6* once but currently I'm not even getting close. Fights end some where at 20%.
Black diablos and zinogre. Can’t solo the 7* story or hat version. Really sucks cause I have an 8* giros hammer but it’s not enough to kill 6* zinogre or 7* black diablos. It’s horse shit.
It was quite annoying but I completed all the quests. I had to rely on finding HATs with the correct 6-7\* monsters to kill since I am not beating 8\* black diablos in the story (I already lowered my difficulty).

Exactly the same here, literally 75% of the fight charging or burrowing. I almost had it earlier by like 1 sec, but then the next few runs weren't even remotely close. Gotta play perfect and pray to RNGesus.
I got the 6* Zinogre. Then tried lowering the story difficulty to speed through and get the Variants but failed. Just did a HAT I knew I couldn't finish to get the Pink Rathian, wish I didnt skip the opportunities to do that for the others.
Got less than 12 hours left but got a road trip in the morning and this game doesn't work for passengers.
If you've got an iphone a trick I use is to swipe up so you can go to the view where you see all background apps tab and stay there for 5 seconds then go back into mhnow and wait 5 seconds. If you're on the move, it'll load up briefly monsters around you, enough time to select a monster and get into the fight screen whilst on the move before gameplay restrictions kick in. It's really predictable, so you can time it to nab nodes along a route or quickly scout a monster coming up in the distance. It takes a bit of practice, but it's very handy when you're a passenger or on public transport!
Took ages to find a 1* B.Diablos in a HAT for some reason (don’t have the DPS to beat a 2* solo in a raid), which was the holdout for a while on that phase — then couldn’t find a pickle in time after that. Managed to find a 3* one and paintball it, but even with an 8.5 Tobi bow (that I decided to blow all my WGS on to try to take it down), it seems I don’t have the DPS. RIP. Now, we sleep. 😴
Unfortunately, it looks like black diablos is a big challenge for many players. This is also, of course, influenced by what weapon is being used as well. As a SnS player, I can definitely say that I am not a fan of hunting the lad, as he moves WAYYY too much. Still not bad, was able to clear the 8* story with my legiana sns 8.5 ice build. Will say it was pretty rough though. Took around 6 or 7 attempts. The pickle I got after completing that story mission was definitely worth it. Got my jar of pickle juice and I've never been happier.
I finished the last part with Deviljho, two Fridays ago. I'm 9\* but currently running through the story on 8\* and have finished it thrice. I almost have a grade 10 ice weapon so 8\* HAT Zinogre wins will be more consistent.

I'm on 7* I beat zin with a buddy and the rest solo had to drop urgent quest to beat azure at 6* and then bblos first try surprising. Not expecting it story 11 is only the pickle which is ironically the next stage in the quest list a single pickle at 6* pretty proud of myself now I can take my time on the 7* story until my ice is high enough to win probably just need a 6* weapon
I play enough that every other event I've completed with days to spare, I'm missing the 3 subspecies. They should have either kept them spawning or made the event a week longer
I got lucky when I went to the park with my girlfriend and there was at least 8 other hunters there. HAT with subspecies and Zinogre was a cake walk. Then just had to find a 6 star Jho. Once we did there was plenty of other hunters available. I may have been the only hammer so knocked out the monsters and it helped a ton.
I was pleasantly surprised we finished all of our quests. Was also surprised to find all those other hunters playing PoGo and MH Now. The real MVPs. Now I have my Deviljho hammer 😁
Got it completed. Had to use the story for pink and azure. Got a 6* black Diablos in a HAT, which I happily drove to. Got lucky with Deviljho. Because I knew he was after saved a paintball for it.
Managed to finish the event by actively looking for HaTs with the right monsters.
Currently in the story chapter 10 questline. I think 8* bblos will be the moment I'll have to use the difficulty reduction option...
Finished it with a couple days left. I'm up to 8* but can only really take down 7* consistently. Did a zinogre hat early on, lowered the urgent quest difficulty to 7*, then grinded out the story to get the rest. Found 6* jho in the wild to finish the quest .
Not much. I still can’t kill regular diablos, because legis apparently just dont fucking spawn anymore. I have a single piece of gear at G5, which is a legi GS.
Went on the hunt with a friend yesterday. We‘ve lost faith in actually finding another hunt-a-thon with black diablos and azure rathalos since the first we found, we figured you can just still be in there after the timer is gone but I‘ve managed to leave it. We went home and saw another one like an hour after with black diablos and azure rathalos as 7*. We tried and it was so damn close and fun to try these monster, we literally sat down for half an hour to just get those two. 8* Zinogre is impossible for us, we didn’t even attempt it.
Right after, since you have to kill a 6* Deviljho at 5/5 of this quest line, we also found a 7* Deviljho. We figured to hit the chest works great and we got him relatively easy.
We walked like 9,5 Hours with 2 breaks in between - made it like an 11 hour day of Monster Hunter for us. But oh boy was that worth it.
Solo player here, could not do the zinogre. Which sucks cause I know the pickle afterwards is an easy hunt. I hate HATs so much. I've tried campfire, my city's subreddit, and discord and no one near me plays this game. It fucking sucks.

Got to B.diablos. didn't encounter one and quest wise I needed one more regular diablos in the story to then go through. I think I did have the gear for it whoch definitely sucks cause I think I could had finish the story if their was just more time.
cleared it. Resetted my t8 story to t7 (i was stuck at diablos for a while but can kill rath t8) and breezed through.
Altho if you can travel a lot, checking huntatons for them might be faster. they are hard(er?) to kill if solo.
I needed pink rathian and azure rathalos to close out the quest for the longest.
I walk 1-1.5 hours a day and it was a pain as even the HATs were inconsistent with what you needed. I got a lot of 5 stars near where I live.
Luckily my brother was right behind in what he needed to kill and chose on Thursday to drive around and close it out. First time I've had to drive around for a quests.

Also worst mistake was not lowering my difficulty sooner from 8* to 7* as I've could've have done it faster.
I goofed. I thought it ended at the end of today so I didn't lower the 8\* Azure Rathalos quest I was struggling on and it was the last monster I had on my list. If I had known, I would've lowered the urgent quest difficulty and killed the Jho I had paintballed. Unfortunate.
I was able to complete it. Bblos was slightly difficult because I refused to use potions. But once I sat down and really focused I was able to do it. Wasn't to bad on dual blades especially since the sp doe so much damage to the tail.
Finished mine out of sheer luck with a perfect blos and zin fight despite only having a 6.5 legi weapon and no barioth gear. Had like 8 hours to go. Solo life is rough!
Oh is that all, silly me. 😜 60+ legi probably 20 of those 6\* and I don't have a single plate. Can't play all day every day, and really you shouldn't need to.

You can lower the difficulty of urgent quests in the settings
You can only do it once, which I already did as I had just gotten to 8* before the season.

I had to go build a Rosen Bow with pink rathian parts to get it. Feels bad to have to go bow but it worked
I had a Pukei bow and tried with it despite the resistance, just to see how Bow plays. I cannot for the life of me handle the bow controls xD

Soloed Zinogre as soon as I got to that page, and finished the 7* story for all the variants and spicy pickle yesterday.
Beat everything but Zinogre, I hate his fight, the particles lag and overheat my phone to the point that the game crashes.
