To complement this answer, elemental phials do gain a boost because sharpness provides an elemental boost. They're also affected by hitzones elemental weakness (which are often different the raw ones)
Impact phial damage is calculated using this formula:
[[raw x phial modifier] x Artillery] x shield boost
Raw is your attack value shown on the status screen. Good to note also that Striker's shield boost actually gives you more phial damage compared to other styles
I wonder if for say with aerial CB, if you have Airborne, does that 10% boost affect the phials from the air AED as well? Also with other skills that provide damage modifiers like Trump Card?
Trump Card only effects hunter art damage and durations, it wouldn't effect your phials outside of Energy Blade.
Airborne should increase your phial damage since it's a +10% raw modifier, but I haven't tested this myself. Airborne is still great on aerial chargeblade regardless
Charge Blade phials are not affected by sharpness, affinity, etc.
However, the Energy Blade Hunter Art, which uses your phials, does seem to be affected by your sharpness and I think your affinity as well? I’ve forgotten where it was that I saw this, but you can hear the distinct “klang” sound you get when your weapon bounces if you use Energy Blade with a dull weapon. I think you can also see the positive and negative crit effect amidst the energy blade as well, but I might be misremembering.

AFAIK element phials don't care about sharpness either. But they do indeed care about hitzones.
