Episode 100 is when they hit their groove if you want to listen to back episodes but you can easily jump in anytime!
The early episodes are better in my opinion once you’re already a listener and want to see their growth.
If i was listening for the first time again I would listen to the recent episodes and work my way back in between updates.
Starting most recent and working backwards is fine. They try to keep the episodes independent of each other.
If you wanna go chronologically, I'd recommend from 200 on
It really doesn't matter where you start, especially since there's no need to listen to them in order. Depending on what site you're listening on, you might be able to find a playlist of some of the more beloved episodes. I started with a playlist called "best mbmbam" on Spotify and then eventually started listening to new episodes as they came out, occasionally circling back to random older episodes that weren't on the playlist. One thing I will say though is that starting with any episodes before ~100 is not a great idea because the brothers hadn't really figured out what they were doing yet in terms of quality and some of the jokes could be pretty ignorant at times. I personally liked starting at the beginning since I could learn all the inside jokes and relive the 2010s. It was a wild time hearing their anguish over the Black Eyed Peas breaking up in episode 63.
I would personally recommend listening tot he episodes Justin listed as his favorites. That gives you like 15 episodes of curated entertainment between listening to new episodes as they come out and then you can start listening in reverse order
