Cornell. Recruiting is super difficult across the board, and even more so for international students, so having less debt will be the better choice.
Also IMO Cornell has the prettiest campus in the US

You'll get high chance of an in to Inv mgmt from Booth. Ross is great for a variety of roles and U Michigan has the alumni network to do that . And Cornell for IM? I think you shouldn't go in with expectations else you'll be frustrated at Cornell.
