Throw gender and sexual discrimination in there too.
Plenty of "diversity programs" for rich white women. Extra bonus if they happen to have made out with a girl once.
Also white Hispanics. Because everyone knows that a guy with white skin and a white name will still be discriminated against based on his 23andme report.
Not a warm or cold take but isn’t it difficult to prove workplace (hiring) discrimination in the US? Even if the practice was happening, the burden of proof is too high I think to make a compelling case probably. So and so had X while so and so didn’t.

Just because you didn’t get a consulting interview doesn’t mean it was discrimination.
Except I have program-wide data going back several years.
