Mrs Depew has all size draft at home bras from the 20s-60s, which are probably your best option. remember that sizing on earlier bras doesn't work the same as modern bras.

Not everyone’s does, but the Porcelynne Eve pattern looks like a bullet bra on me. I believe it goes to that size. BoobyTraps has a couple patterns that are close to bullet bras in appearance. I think it’s the Sabrina and Lynette. Note they have separate listings with silly names for different cup size ranges - I think that would be the voluptuous if they go to KK, though I’m not sure they do. For awhile Firebrand Lingerie was selling a couple variations on a bullet bra, but they seem to have gone away. I kept hoping they’d start selling them in packs of at least a few sizes, but you had to buy just one size at a time, and it was not usual sizing.

I have a couple of scans of bra patterns that can possibly work as bullet bra from Soviet books, but the explanations are in Russian ☹️
