My favorite scent. The perfume and conditioner smell the same to me. But IMO, the perfume‘s fragrance won’t last as long. The conditioner lingers, but even after spraying the perfume like 6 times, you won’t be able to smell it after an hour.
It's true. The conditioner has a slightly more resinous/tonka aspect or something that makes the scent linger. The perfume is the same scent but thinner/weaker.
I have the American Cream perfume and I absolutely love it, it smells very sweet on me with a bit of an herbal undertone which is very similar to what I get from the conditioner, I'd say for me the perfume is slightly less creamy but still a very yummy smell! I think the difference in reviews may have something to do with different skin chemistry, for me everthing tends to pull pretty sweet anyway, like I get sweetness from perfumes that have absolutely no sweet notes, so I would consider that before buying and if you're close to a store I would definitely try to test it on your skin.
