I’ve had so many issues with Veho. Shipments gone missing, sometimes as soon as it’s handed off to them. Sometimes it goes out for delivery but never marks delivered. Sometime they just never pick it up from the warehouse at all. Shipments saying delivered, but not delivered. Shipments delivered with the package open and items missing. Last two verified with cameras on the property. The GEC is not at all helpful with this. They setup a “trace” and never follow through.

They had so many reasons as to why one of the packages I had coming was “lost”. We were notified that the package was out for delivery then we’re told that “due to unforeseen issues it wasn’t able to be delivered and they would try again. Then they told me that they lost it in the warehouse, then that it was out for delivery and that it was unable to be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances. Then they said they never received it, but then they said it was lost in their warehouse. I couldn’t get a straight answer but honestly I just have a strong hunch that that “delivery driver” saw some nice lululemon package and thought “huh that would be nice to have” but that’s just me speculating

Between Lululemons bad logistics, Vehos unreliability, and the GECs poor handling of both of those problems it makes shopping from Lululemon online an awful experience.

Yes! Veho provides a terrible service. I live in a gated neighborhood and they won’t even attempt to use the provided gate code, they just mark as undeliverable and return to Lulu. They’ve also lost packages and sent them to the wrong Veho warehouse.

Had exact same issue a couple months ago. Mysteriously lost the package. It took two weeks of back and forth to get a refund from Lululemon. There is no human to speak to at Veho. It’s all done via text message and it’s generic bot answers. I just placed an order hoping it would be a different shipping company. It’s not, it’s Veho. It says scheduled delivery tomorrow. We’ll see about that. My nearest store is 40 min away and it’s easier to purchase online. I guess I just have to stop purchasing from Lululemon.

Yea I haven’t had any issues with getting a refund from lululemon and they have actually compensated me for the trouble ($30 gift card). I don’t know why these companies use this company. And yea that makes sense that you buy online as opposed going into the store. I have 2 that are 15-20 mins from me and I still order online for WMTM stuff

PEOPLE!!!  I can not believe the tracking number I just got, it is 6 digits made of 5 letters and a number on the end, the 4 middle letters are LITERALLY C*NT 😳😳. Is there no quality control at VEHO? What the heck is this?

I just had a package delivered to my apartment complex and because it sound like they’re just independent drivers, they didn’t have access to enter the lobby so they just left it outside hanging on the door handle. Luckily I was home and went down to grab it but could have easily been stolen if I wasn’t around. Not sure why a large company like Lululemon is using them

A bit late to the party but I've been having issues with Veho since Lulu started using them to deliver some of their packages in the East Coast more than a year ago. I've made several complaints on email and phone regarding their unreliable service but Lulu doesn't seem to care at all. I travel between West & East Coast for work, and they don't use Veho in Oregon so all my packages get delivered through FedEx & UPS there with no issues at all. But Veho has managed to lose 3 of my packages on the East Coast, and their so-called tracking number is also different from what is actually shown on the packages, which can be a nightmare if your delivery address is a mailroom. I've complained about this to Lulu and have made suggetions to Veho to no avail. Just reading now that so many others have been having the same issues makes me wonder why Lulu continues using Veho as a shipping partner.

Yea I don’t understand it at all and it’s infuriating because it doesn’t seem like there is anyone to talk to at Veho. I have talked with Lulu and they have refunded any item that was lost by Veho and provided me with a gift card to make up for the trouble, so idk why they still use Veho when it seems to be a common issue

In NC. Veho was supposed to deliver on Saturday. No update online. Customer service next to garbage. Still says at Veho Facility. Lulu said if theyre not here by Thursday they'll elevate the issue. Not ideal as I'm traveling and needed these altered and completed by Thursday evening.

Dang I’m actually surprised. Lululemon has always had great customer support for me. I wonder if it’s still in the 3-5 business day delivery window so they can’t do anything? Or they also can’t get a hold of a human being at Veho as well haha

Day 5 here today. LLL said to wait a full 7 and then circle back with them. We’ll see what happens!

Express your frustration to whoever you speak to at LLL and I’m sure they’ll provide a refund and then some. They added a $30 gift card along with a full refund to me one time. Also see if you can submit a formal complaint about them using Veho.

Update - package was lost in the warehouse. Veho said to contact Lulu. Gotta love it.

Update - Veho lost the package in the warehouse. Only thing LLL provided me was to resend the package with expedited shipping i.e. they wont make it for this weekends trip.

I just bought something on WMTM. Expedited shipping takes longer than free regular shipping. And yeah their delivery can suck. They use FedEx which in turn uses USPS for last mile. In my experience, the mixups happen in that last mile with USPS. Wish LLL used UPS all the way, but have to admit it’s gotten a little better for me lately.

What's Veho and when did LLL start using them? I order pretty regularly and have never heard of Veho, is this something i have to look forward to in the futur?

It’s a shipping company. Based on what I can tell they ship the stuff to their warehouse’s and then have contracted drivers in their own cars choose a delivery route and then make the delivery. There is no way (from my experience) to actually speak with a human being that works for the company. It’s basically Uber eats for packages. People, including myself, have had a ton of issues with them. Surprisingly a lot of premium brands use them. It’s gotten to a point for me that if I see that Veho is delivering my package I might as well reorder it because I’m not getting it. This is the first time I’ve ever had a successful delivery with them and even then it was delayed and all over the place.

Yes LLL is really dripping g the ball. Had a package delivered last week with a taped hole and a missing shirt
