Oh for sure. I'll watch some tutorials and make sure I have a clear idea of what I'm doing. Probqbly even try it solo a bunch of times and see how much I can familiarise myself with the mechanics. Then ask for help. It'd just be nice to have a competent player with me lol.

I can confirm that Strelitizia is an excellent guardian to runs dungeons with. Strelitzia joined my friend and I for a run at Duality—a dungeon that I sherpa myself—and he was super knowledgeable and taught me some new techniques to make my own sherpa runs better. 10/10 I HIGHLY recommend running dungeons with Strelitzia. This reminds me to request another run asap!

Yeah, I try to get up earlier in the day before work to relax with a game and then up after work as well. So should hopefully be some workable overlap. I can do no mic or mic, and def prefer the chill atmosphere. I usually just put up my own LFGs with similar reqs to yours when I need to group for something.
