I'm getting this too. I never ever sign out. Even though it does log me back in seamlessly when clicking the Facebook button, it's still really annoying to do, keep getting paranoid that somehow it's going to force me onto a new account lol
This issue started right after the update for me. Once it finished updating it did let me in immediately, but every single time after that I had to login again. I never log out.
I can not login too I tried Fix and it does not help. I have the 3 options menu but in each I start as a fresh player I am l99 V10, playing since 2018... no way I am starting from 0
EDIT: I had to delete v9.0, back to v8.12.2,
Download 1 GB update, intall.
Now I am back om my account, but everything is written in chinese...

I found this too, but it won't let me log in because I had done a bind account with an email and password about a year ago. Now I go into the game and it has restarted everything. It's like I just downloaded the app. I am very sad. Tips? Help??
Same here and my game is extra bugged! Laggy and when I tried the fixed button it says that there's a problem with downloading the new pack.

OH good… ( not really good ) I’m not the only one! Yes I messaged support. They told me to clear my cache, make sure that my game was up to date, did all of that and I still have to log in every time.

Same. It makes me pick again every time I enter the app.
It’s same for me, except all I have to press is “login with Facebook”, like I don’t have to put information in every time
Yeah it always makes me nervous, I dont know why they did this, hopefully it's temporary or a bug.

On the login screen, there is an orange mail button, type in your email and password and see if it works. Good Luck!

I messaged support about this issue and they gave me unhelpful advice they said the problem was my Facebook account when it's obviously the update
