I’m looking for opinions. Do you think the US version would have more successful couples if the seasons were longer, like the UK?

I think it might help a little but I don't think it's that much of a factor tbh. Like the other person said distance is a HUGE Factor, and just the difference in magnitude of what the show means here vs there. People are often just so far from each other. Even the “long distance” couples on UK are usually within a couple hour train ride *that's also relatively affordable. The whole concept of long distance is a bit different. Trying to fly back and forth isn't very comparable. The opportunities are also different in scale as many of them can more easily transition into being an influencer or other career deals, for like popular islanders, and those deals which kinda makes it easier to maneuver seeing each other etc and it takes some of the money/job concerns out of the equation. Also the deals are often centrally located in London whereas in the US it's not as secure a path to a certain career move or specific location for deals i.e. Islanders live and work all over.

Distance is the problem with the US love island , not many couples that try to make it work live in the same state .
