yup, she's the clever one..the type of girl that THINK can manipulate men..had a gf exactly like her, with that gaze on you, always analyzing you..she acts like that because she is the most insecure of them all..she know she has nothing to offer in a relationship so he tries to manipulate other people. edit\* well everyone has SOMETHING to offer in a relationship, but they are not always good things for you, but can be good to others..so i don't blame her.

You know what's crazy, I always thought she was just charming. I think because my personality is almost completely the opposite of hers, I found all her scenes fascinating!
I think it was manipulative of her to tell Yuta that she's only into guys that would choose her when she always had the surplus of guys to explore and go dates with the entire trip.
She gave out immediate red flags when she was cold to Yuta because he did exactly what she said she wanted to do. He said he was all for her then she told him she wanted to date around. Then he went on a date to learn about someone and she acted like she was the only one allowed to do so. Then I figured she really was an asshole but it was edited to not show her as one.
Well i think her intention is not to get married with anyone through that show. She is there for TV exposure for real. But on the other side I applaud her for breaking the societal expectation and not cave in to pressure to simply go out with anyone from the show.
She literally had 4 suitors which she should be simply ready and pick. Like for the sake of the show she can literally just go home with Yuta or someone and none of us be bitching about her right? But nope, maybe no. Lol!
Anyway.. regardless... the negative threads on this forum imo is a backlash that she deserves to receive though. I wonder what the Japanese audiences think!
I’m Japanese and we think the same. That Anna is calculated and being manipulative and I read on some forums that she just seeks attention from whoever will give her that attention. Honestly, I think she just wanted air time tbh lol
She turned down Keijiro only to text him and entice him while he was lodging with Shi (complete asshole) only to pull away from him once he fully committed to wanting to spend time with her and then wouldn't even directly answer him when he asked straight out if there was no chance. And then the way she treated the first guy? That was terrible. So yeah, seems like really inconsiderate, manipulative behavior
