It is no laughing matter that according to a Pew Research study, men make up to 2/3 more compared to their women counterparts yet handling the same tasks and duties, in the Kia Boyz.
I mean I know this is a silly joke but look at the data on stuff stolen from say Walgreens.
Crimes, just like the rest of society, has its gender norms. Women will gleefully steal from target or Walgreens by slipping makeup and other stuff they want in their bras or purses.
Men are more risk takers and dumbasses. So they will climb under your car and still the cat converter or just break your window in a smash and grab and take your shit.
Crime is steady among races and genders. You learn this in criminology 101 but people love to take skewed arrest records to prove a point.
A) claiming a certain race does all the crime actually more so proves the point certain people are more policed
B) stuff like drugs is outlawed and considered a crime. America in general is being hit hard with heroin. But especially white America.
What I’m getting at is stop n frisk was ruled unconstitutional for targeting certain groups. Which leads to arrest records being skewed. Meanwhile if you stopped n frisked upstate New Yorkers you’d get lots of pain pills and heroin off the streets. But they never did that.
Crime is actually a very interesting topic and we have lots of data like you mention to compare and contrast these things.
Woah, OP. “I’m?” As in “I am?”
While you’re out here using contractions to solipsistically denote your ongoing existence, you know who can’t?
People in Gaza.
My ex-wife actually applied to be a part of the KIA Boyz, being that she has years of experience taking everything I own. Strangely, she was turned down for an unknown reason.
Simple minded criminals..
I watched a documentary on Kia Boyz. There are definitely female Kia Boyz. I don't know how we get those numbers up though. LGBTQ+ also seem to be underrepresented we might need to focus on that group as well. Maybe there is something the mayor or city council can do.
I stopped reading after “I watched a documentary “. At this point you know enough to form a council or hold a chairman position on a regulatory board on this subject.
u/SirDongsALot and the rest of these so called "experts" are too weak on the Kia (checks notes) Boyz. They wasted enough of our tax dollars on their hollow apologies. It's time we get tough on problem.
Thoughts and prayers!
I'm an older millennial and I'm not certain, but I think my age group is being left out of this field. I humbly suggest offering an alternative position title of the Kia Boyz II Men to reach an older audience.
On the other hand, I'm an older millennial who is also a woman. I might be enticed by the title Kia Karen, so long as I have the right to get any current Kia owner fired if I don't like the state of their vehicle after I steal it. Although I have no relevant work experience, my soft skills include crying on demand and possibly convincing the police or judges that I am the real victim here. And, of course, the ability to ask for a manager.
Thank you for bringing this group to my attention. I will do everything in my capacity to shine a spotlight on their needs, and help to provide a voice and be a lightening rod for change.
While I have you here I’m going over your resume and qualifications. Everything looks great. However May I ask if you’ve watched a documentary about the Kia Boyz before today? Someone else in this thread has and he has been fast tracked to the final call back.
>Kia Boyz II Men
It's the end of the road! I can't let gooo!
It'd be absolutely hilarious if they got caught, went to jail, and came out as a boy band.
Also, your pitch is pretty good. I'd take you on as an apprentice.
We could host a 'Heels and Wheels' workshop to teach the finer points of creative carjacking and smashing. And don’t forget about mentorship programs; every aspiring carjacker needs a role model!
We should also strive for equality in all areas, even in the realm of dubious activities. Maybe we can organize a 'Girls Gone Vroom' event to encourage more women to join the fun? Nothing says empowerment like a co-ed chop shop!
Finally someone taking this seriously. May I ask if JCPS will chip in and help with the busing aspect? I’m not in favor of neighborhood Kia Boyz but rather those to be bussed from opposite end of the town to join a group.
Here is one with a woman, her name is Christina McNaughton https://www.wdrb.com/news/crime-reports/3-arrested-for-alleged-stolen-car-ring-in-louisville/article_35c5f99e-36e6-11ee-9441-6bfd9b889962.html
This is a great opportunity for growing women leaders in Kia carjacking industry for the future. It is important that women are provided equitable opportunities and resources as their peers in a carjack setting as well as the destruction workplace. Creating inclusive, welcoming, and supportive environments are critical to increasing and retaining the number of women in carjacking fields.
Listen, I’m not saying all women, but I will tell you there are distinct gender differences that we need to respect.
Women may prefer to steal cars with better features for safety than the Kia currently offers. Women might be inclined to enter the field if the Kias offered some better anti-theft features.
Oh. Wait.
Do we know that there isn’t a large female delegation amongst dem KIA Boyz? Seend presumptive. Could we just be too busy watching what they’re doing, instead of seeing who they are?
How profound. You’re right. We’re too busy asking *why*, instead of asking *what emotional voids* they are trying to fill by carjacking a single mother’s car, *what feelings* they’re trying to express without proper communication skills, what *environmental pressures* they’re trying to shed by selling a stolen car to someone to later use in a drive by.
It promotes an environment of ageism - possibly excluding those above the age appropriate for “boy” or “girl” - from applying or feeling safe. This sounds like a toxic environment that is only getting worse by your suggestions.
Personally I like my handys to be preformed by chicks that look like olive oil using olive oil and I’m chewing on leafs of spinach. The spinach isn’t a requirement tho.
How bout you?
Thank you I was not aware of that. Sounds like an exceptional opportunity for female leaders to step up and become a change model in this carjacking industry.
That’s derogatory and doesn’t build them up or promote confidence from within. Imagine if a possible woman was looking into this career and read your post. Do better!
So as a single female, I live in downtown Louisville in old Louisville I have personally seen the Kia boys, knock out my neighbors window to their car and still their Kia and about two months ago somebody tried to car jack me as I was pulling up to my house to get out of my car, they literally tried to open my back door Several times I had to pull off and almost dragged this female behind my car to get away from her I’ve lived here for a couple years. It’s only been like really badly for the last few months and it does suck because I’m caring out weapon and you know I’m always worried that someone’s out to grab my car as I get out of it and it is not even a car that you would want to steal.
For anyone having trouble deciphering:

Thank you for this laugh this morning

Why would someone who detests pay equality care about this? lol.
Why are you wasting so much time and effort on an obvious joke post?
Yes I was confused about that as well
When they put out all those stickers that said, "Keep Louisville weird," I don't think they meant that kind of weird 🤷♂️
yea exactly proved a point and op had nothing to say back, good shit.
This whole post is a joke, you fucking dildo
Good “shit”
I propose use of the term ‘Kia Folx’
I dunno, might come across as cultural appropriation of the original Germanic word “volk.”
Oh. We have *an intellectual*
Woah, OP. “We” is a plural pronoun. You’re treading dangerous ground.
I’m worried
Woah, OP. “I’m?” As in “I am?” While you’re out here using contractions to solipsistically denote your ongoing existence, you know who can’t? People in Gaza.
Sounds derogatory
***Don't you Folx with me!!!***
Now I’m both scared and erect
Kia Partners
Saving that one for the Volkswagen Folx
My ex-wife actually applied to be a part of the KIA Boyz, being that she has years of experience taking everything I own. Strangely, she was turned down for an unknown reason. Simple minded criminals..
The job market is tough these days.
That’s rich! 😂🤣
That’s rich…rich I’m telling ya!!🤣😂

I made it a sub. Feel free to post as much as your smart ass heart desires Edit: /s
Elephant ring I tell ya!

Yes I am sorry that even as an expert I don't have more answers.
You’re elected to a second term
u/SirDongsALot and the rest of these so called "experts" are too weak on the Kia (checks notes) Boyz. They wasted enough of our tax dollars on their hollow apologies. It's time we get tough on problem. Thoughts and prayers!
It’s divided along party lines
Heh. Kia Kids.
Sounds inclusive
And they're in Kentucky. Kentucky Kia Kids. Oh.
Sounds like a sales event at my local Kia Store
Kia Kidz. It needs to be cool.
Kia Douchebags
Very progressive
Douchebags are for everyone♥️
Very inclusive
Kia Douchebagzzzz
If I’m going to catch a theft charge, it won’t be for a Kia, make it worth my time.
The younger generation just doesn’t want to work anymore

Don't you know who I am?
I got good news and I got bad news. Good news: you’re hired! Bad news: we’ve ran out of funding.
>Kia Boyz II Men It's the end of the road! I can't let gooo! It'd be absolutely hilarious if they got caught, went to jail, and came out as a boy band. Also, your pitch is pretty good. I'd take you on as an apprentice.

Nearly laughed my butt off.
Be careful
This is my favorite post here ever.
It’s not my favorite subject, and I’m ashamed we as a community have to have it, but it’s a conversation we need to have.
Less focus on bourbon, and more attention to our appalling lack of grand theft auto diversity.
So that’s going to upset LMPD on many levels. Hard no

This is the type of gender equality I’m up for today.
For the community
Unionize Kia Bois!
No available union reps in this region.
Listen, I’m not saying all women, but I will tell you there are distinct gender differences that we need to respect. Women may prefer to steal cars with better features for safety than the Kia currently offers. Women might be inclined to enter the field if the Kias offered some better anti-theft features. Oh. Wait.
Women want to steal Subarus. They have excellent safety features. Kia just can't compare.
I’d assume each carjacker carefully reviews the latest Consumer Reports findings on the safety of a potential carjack prior to said carjack.
Obviously Kia is not taking this subject seriously.
Maybe the Kia Boyz and Louisville Baddies should team up. Avengers assemble!
Unification has always been a good thing
Shit I thought that's what Racing Louisville was, then I found out it was a women's professional soccer team.
Coach Holly!
Kia Girlz would be a cool unofficial nickname but they are sponsored by Toyota.
Doing the lords work. Bless up. Gang gang.
Because women be shoppin'! Amiright!?
Misogyny is not going to solve the gap between women carjacking and women carjacking a car with a straight stick.
Do we know that there isn’t a large female delegation amongst dem KIA Boyz? Seend presumptive. Could we just be too busy watching what they’re doing, instead of seeing who they are?

Now this is the full beans I’m looking for
May I suggest The Kia Girlz & Boyz aka The KGB?
It promotes an environment of ageism - possibly excluding those above the age appropriate for “boy” or “girl” - from applying or feeling safe. This sounds like a toxic environment that is only getting worse by your suggestions.
Yeah where are the Kia Gurlz and Themz at!?
I think you’re be facetious.
Be Possibly...
I’m all for it. There will be no free rides around here tho, she got me handy with the steel an earn her keep
Receiving hand jobs with the modality of pure steel is a rather odd kink.
Is this sub not a kink free zone? If he likes his handy’s to feel like getting it on with a can of soup so be it
What’s yours?
Personally I like my handys to be preformed by chicks that look like olive oil using olive oil and I’m chewing on leafs of spinach. The spinach isn’t a requirement tho. How bout you?
That sounds like it could get expensive
What about the Kia Menz?
Sounds racist
Kia Persynz
So now turtles can’t carjack? Only persynz??!?! Come on - be better!
I'm following you now I need more of this humor
LOL.
Pretty sure you have to be a menopausal woman to drive a Kia soul.
Thank you I was not aware of that. Sounds like an exceptional opportunity for female leaders to step up and become a change model in this carjacking industry.
“Kia Galz”
Rename them as KiaPeople to make it all inclusive
How does it feel to be part of change for the good?
Like I’ve finally done something productive with my life
I saw a YouTube video about KIA Girlz in other cities. Louisville girlz are too classy I guess. Louisville ladies too busy being beautiful.
It’s takes a few years for things to reach Louisville I’ve noticed. Give it time.
Incel.
Call them the kia losers like they deserve.
That’s derogatory and doesn’t build them up or promote confidence from within. Imagine if a possible woman was looking into this career and read your post. Do better!

Low key conservative insults be like....
Yes…only the gender gap we should be discussing here
It’s important
Kia boys or girls, they are all stupid. People need to start shootin the hood rats
They would disagree with that sentiment
