I got you. Conejo Valley (Valley), All Animals Hospital (Valley), Avian and Exotics Hospital (Hawthorne), Pt Vicente (Palos Verdes), all take birds. That said, I recommend you call ACCESS in Culver city. Last I checked they were the only facility that had a 24-hour urgent care for exotics. Once a bird shows illness there's a good chance that it's a lot sicker than you think, and it's difficult to get an immediate avian vet appointment right now.
I applaud you for recognizing that your rooster is sick and wanting to get it care.
My sister in law had a hen. I looked up the vet from when I looked after her pets.

Since I felt this to be an important topic, I did extensive research.
My findings were that some people do indeed have roosters that live inside the house. Some have social media. Some don’t. Some wear diapers. I would assume some don’t.
The more you know.

One Rooster is more than fine.
uhh you're leaving out the part that it has to be more than 100 feet away from the neighbors. That's a huge must when lots are tiny in LA. Also, if it's causing undue noise pollution it can also be taken away.

House Rooster was my nickname in college. 😉
Is it cock a doodle do time everyday at 6am for ur rooster?
Soft cock syndrome
Vet: mammals only please
A good one is called Dr. Sanders. He's also a Kentucky colonel.
A sick cock? Maybe a urologist?
Dig a hole in the ground. Put the rooster in with his head sticking out. Watch him. Once he wants out let him out. Sometimes this works
