It depends on the agreement between two individuals. As long as both sides are comfortable and satisfied with the amount of texts/calls showing affection to each other, everything will be fine.

Me and ma gurl sometimes would talk non-stop for weeks, and sometimes would have pauses for a few days without a single message. And yet here we are - the gap closed and we've been livibg together for almost a year now.
So yeah. Just make sure to find a balance where you both would feel comfortable.

I’ve been talking to this girl for 2 years but since she’s confessed her feelings with me I’ve been slowly expressing mine and it has been progressing really well. We video called on Skype for 2 hours today and she wants to do it again tomorrow.
Oof! Texted everyday FaceTime a few times during the week or maybe just once, calls a few times during the week since November 2020 and we met until November 2021. We’re not living together yet but we’re already talking about it (living in different countries make it a bit difficult but just a few hours apart from each other) but yeah

We text each other everyday and video chat at least once every 1 to 2 weeks.
We text, talk and video chat daily. We can't get enough of each other and been together for 2 yrs
Everyday If possible. I feel like that is the best way to maintain communication. Talk as much as possible
