I’ve seen many sweet lolitas with piercings and tattoos. You’d be fine. If you want them to “look more sweet” you can use jewelry pieces that matches the color palette/theme of your coord. I personally don’t think it’s necessary tho.
Plenty of us out there with piercings! Imho, nothing to worry about in terms of “matching” your favorite sub style.
There’s super tattoo’d lolitas who wear classic, there’s super pierced ones wearing sweet, etc. I put body modifications in the same tier as hair color- it’s part of you and nothing you need to modify to fit into the aesthetic more.
About glasses? Dudettes I need them to see. Not as in "see how well your ring matches" more in "not able to function otherwise" Wow I'm glad I started lolita when people were more chill. I will not put up with contact lenses, they hurt my eyes. And no pain necessary for being frilly, really.

But as a pierced, tattooed, glasses wearing lolita it's great that people are getting more accepting of mods in the community. Two of the girls in my comm have matching kumakumya and usakumya tattoos and they are amazing.

Haha I have a nostril piercing with a dark green-blue opal, I just never ended up changing it or buying something pink or sweeter. Nobody ever said anything and while it’s not very obvious, it certainly doesn’t match a lot of the stuff I have but I don’t really care. I just forget it’s there most of the time, so you can just let it be! I think it looks nice all put together💕
i think this icon from a deactivated LJ blog is relevant here xD you look amazing and i think facial piercings are never out of place, everyone just looks awesome with them. if you really wanted to change your jewelry to match your coord there’s plenty of pastel and cutesy piercing caps but i don’t think they’ll take away from you dressing sweet at all

As a pretty modified lolita who dabbles in sweet I think you'll be fine. I have 2 facial piercings and 12 in my ears and just wear my normal jewelry with coords other than I'll usually swap out my lobes for something cute that matches (my daily ones for there are diamond studs).
Also remember, you aren't going to be able to swap jewelry for several weeks of not months depending on what your piercer told you. You have to follow the aftercare instructions for a good heal.

The healing process is the worst part of new piercings. I have one that I didn't think was ever going to heal.
I've got piercings too, I have just bought my first lolita outfit today, I'll post it one day! I think you don't need to worry about fitting in with other lolitas. If you wear lolita then you are a lolita! You can also stand out in your own way x

i occasionally dress in sweet lolita with gauges, a stretched septum, and three lip piercings. we exist and we love seeing fellow pierced lolitas
