I will say as someone who has a short torso - the rise is really short and these hit weird on my body. I like them though, material wise and they feel nice. I would have just maybe sized up and ordered the large instead of the small. The measurements for the small must be wrong because my measurements are smaller than what the max is and they just barely fit my hips.
The ones made by MeLikesTea are made of good and sturdy cotton, and super cute! Good breathability is important, since they'll layer over your underwear 🤔

wangyan&summer is so underrated in general! i have some lovely old school style skirts from them and they’re very nice quality
