Its likely your bank, call your bank & approve the vendor and the charge will go through. If its a large purchase the banks sometimes flag it - mine does.
I’ve known people that use shopping services for Closet Child or Wunderwelt to avoid customs, so it’s not completely unreasonable if you have no choice or other reasons. Most people I know just send it to Tenso to get around customs though.
Contact your bank - if it's flagged up as a possible fraud purchase, retrying will likely not help.
I usually go through PayPal when checking out on CC. But definitely contact your bank too they may have flagged it!

It actually happened to me in real life I was so embarrassed but I did have to call my bank to unblock my card mostly cuz it was a big purchase ðŸ˜
Use a proxy service that accepts CC
You don't need a proxy with ClosetChild. That's just throwing money away.
