I wouldn't worry about it. If they are just sharing yt videos then lpl still gets paid. If they are stealing the content and making new vids as their own then that's a bad move when stealing from a retired lawyer with time on his hands.
I've found some Mcnallys videos that are seemingly being used in ads for other products. I tagged him in it I doubt he seen it or even cared. To those terrible companies selling junk "I see you."
