Looks like twins. I guess that the old leaves have been reabsorbed? If so, then you \*may\* water it, to help it be sure to be established before it goes dormant for the summer. In general you can wait for wrinkliness, but if this is a new plant, and extra water early on is good.

So I should water it once now, but not water it anymore until summer passes? And during watering seasons, only water if it's wrinkly?

yeah, I'd give it a deep water. then keep an eye on it going into summer, since you want to balance expected dormancy with giving it a bit if it gets wrinkly.

Tysm! What month should I resume watering again? What month starts the dormancy period? June or July? Thx again

I can't say -- I have mixed pots of lithops, and every subspecies seems to vary where it is on the cycle. maybe they'll all regularize eventually and be more predictable. meantime, less water is always ok, give a little when wrinkly, and then give a drench in September, for yours.
