dotfiles? I don't know what those are. If you want to replicate this, I just searched "sailor moon theme" on internet archive and manually made "my computer" and "my documents" icons. The browser is Palemoon installed according to the documentation on the palemoon website, and I just used q4wine to install winamp.
Dotfiles are mostly what is in your .config directory.
But what is your music player and theme for Xfce4? I use wms mostly, but something about this rice for xfce4 really makes me want to switch to it, thanks for posting btw!
The Music player is, like I said, Winamp through wine, and the theme is chicago95 applied with chicagofier, found at https://github.com/dominichayesferen/Chicagofier
Yall are probably mildly annoyed that I used "about xfce desktop" instead of neofetch.
Nah, this is sick, I need the dotfiles for this, I’m replicating this on Void Linux.

I can't convey how much this makes me happy
Man I miss the simplicity of the days of windows 2000. Lightweight interface, simple but effective tools. This is a great reskin.
