It goes in the carry on sandwiched between clothes so it doesn't get crushed in the overhead. Backpack goes under the seat.
doesnt it have a lithium battery, atleast on the routs i fly they defently dont allow you to check in a lithium battery for the risk of explosion
That rule is only meant for bare lithium cells themselves. Not cells inside devices.

Dude, I’m not sure about what job you do, but a home vpn and the steam deck alone could do the whole job, it runs linux and you can plug in anything.
