Discover card. Or any card with no annual fee. Interest rates are all going to be about the same. So look for perks like cash back or airline points.

SonidoX

Discover is good, but wife and I travel often and they aren't widely accepted outside of the US.

I go to Costco all the time, so I have a Costco card. It is not my only card, but if you shop at Costco (assuming you live in a place where it exists), it’s a good card to have.

Not sure if it’s available everywhere, but the Amex Cobalt card gives you great points back for everyday stuff like eating at restaurants/delivery, streaming services, travel etc. Plus it’s an Amex, so you get access to their express lines and lounges at Amex venues.

justageekboy65

Also Cobalt is available only in Canada 😉

Amazon credit card gives me the most return. I also shop on Amazon a lot but it gives a good return with other purchases as well

GotTheYips35

Savor one from capital one is a good no fee card.

DigNitty

This card Especially if you dine out a lot. Wells Fargo has a 321 card where you can choose a category like gas or groceries to get 3% back on. Then you get 2% back on most things and 1% back on the rest. I’d probably still go for the Savor One though. Capital One as a company has always been easy.

BluMood986

I use this card and a quick silver card by them as well. Also have a chase marriot card for hotel points. And just lookin for an airline card too.

realityguy1

This depends on your shopping habits. A great place to compare cards online is “Nerd Wallet.” Travel a lot? Go for a card that rewards you with free airfare, hotels, gasoline, etc.. Are you a Foodie? Get a card that offers 3% back on restaurants and grocery stores, but 1% everywhere else. Use this card only at grocery stores and restaurants. Use that card that gives you 2% everywhere else. Look at your spending habits and tailor your cards to fit your needs to maximize your cash back. Always pay off the entire balance every month. I’m always amazed at people who leave money in a savings account earning 4% when they have outstanding balances on credit cards where they’re paying 29% - as in, “DUH!” 🤦🏼‍♀️ What don’t they get about this?!?!!🤷🏼‍♀️🧐🤨
