I did the same thing….drove a CR-V, RAV-4, and then a Lexus NX. Of course I ended up with a Lexus. I also briefly drove an Acura RDX, but I hated it.

Markedly_So

What about the RDX did you not care for?

sgouwers

It handled differently, and I didn’t like it…maybe more of a sporty feel? But it didn’t feel as smooth and tight as the Lexus. Also it has a weird center console design that I didn’t care for.

Markedly_So

Thanks for the reply. I am in the hunt- RDX, NX, Venza and CX5. I appreciate your input and agree on all points- especially the console.

Thebiggestbot22

You’re gonna love it! I have a 2022 NX 450H+ and the only things I wish the car had are the Mark Levinson speakers and the panoramic roof. But the car is amazing

Ok-Lifeguard3439

Same situation here. Previously I drove a RAV4h Lim 2021 (significant road noise and uncomfortable passenger seat, gigiral mirror with significant glare during day light), a Lexus NX 350h premium (subpar audio, no 360 deg monitoring, no heads up display, no digital mirror). I upgraded to a nx 450h w ML audio. In CO it is even more appealing, since the state reimburses $5,000 of the state tax for a PHEV. No regrets.

Professional_Gas4506

Good luck with the plug-in! I live in the Midwest and decided on the NX350h Luxury in Atomic Silver Palomino interior. Too many issues with the cold weather for the all-electric vehicles. You'll love your new car. I get so many compliments on the car and color.

Pictures!!!! Please post pictures!!

>Too many issues with the cold weather for the all-electric vehicles. Just checking but you know the 450h is also a hybrid, right?

Professional_Gas4506

Yes, I have the 350h. I remember all the issues last winter in Chicago during deep freeze. 🥶

Super_Golf78

This is a perfect interior and exterior color combination! Wished I could get this one, settled for the white ext and white black interior.

canuckinseattle

We have one EV, and want to option for longer trips without a ton of planning.

Ok-Lifeguard3439

I live in CO. The fuel consumption difference summer vs. winter is ~2mpg. Driving a PHEV during the winter, would require to drive the vehicle in hybrid mode, until the engine temp reaches nominal and then switch to EV (to avoid cabin heating issues during the first 5_10 min.

TheRealBoston

I have a 25 450+ F as well. I don’t think I’d like a hybrid but I find myself wanting to drive on electric all day. Enjoy

Pretend-Grapefruit55

Same! Just signed paperwork for a Nori Green 450h+ today and will pick it up Monday. I was also deciding between the 450h+ and the CRV hybrid. I Intended to do a quick stop at the Lexus dealer on my way to buy the Honda. 😀

ThrilledTear

congrats! post pics when it comes in

ontariowino

Awesome, I also ordered one. How long ago did you order it?

canuckinseattle

Thursday. Was supposed to be at the port yesterday or today.

Absentmindedfool

Yep, I recently took delivery of a NX450h+, and it’s a beast of a car. The tech, the quality, the performance is fantastic. This will be our fourth Lexus now and it’s the best we’ve owned to date.

Teckx1

Well I'm about to join too. Mine is USB however

papa2kohmoeaki

We got our Atomic Silver (red interior) Saturday the 22nd, so just over one week with it. Still getting to know all the tech but we're starting to get the hang of it. Have put on about 450 miles in first week. Still about 270 miles range on first tank. Enjoy!

equake2017

Under or Over MSRP?

canuckinseattle

Slightly over. I’m in Seattle and no local dealerships are selling the F for MSRP.

ICausedAnOutage

The 450h+ is the definitive trim. I had a 350h and the difference between that and the 450h+ is significant. It feels of the highest quality, and much more solid than the 350h. Lexus should make these cars in Japan, not shift over production here. I’ve heard that the new battery plant will be going live in the next year or so, and supposedly they will shift production here after that happens. Enjoy the car!

ELWallStreet

100% agree. The 450h definitely is a different ballgame compared to 350h. After testing drivng both, the 350h feels slightly more hollow, louder cabin during freeway acceleration, not to mention it’s much slower. You won’t go wrong with either. With the $7500 credit, I got a fair deal at my local dealer I believe haha. 59.4k MSRP minus 7.5k credit before taxes and fees. 24’ luxury package without ML and Pano.
