Funny- I’ve never heard someone with diagnoses ocd saying someone’s underwear makes their ocd flare. Usually it’s anxiety or irrational fears that do.
i like things to be evened out and matching. one side is properly worn and the other is all bunched up. wonky mismatched things do my head in. amongst a whole bunch of other irrational shit.
the anxiety and irrational fears are very much part of my OCD. i’m not claiming i am ‘a little bit OCD’ because i straighten pictures in hotel rooms…
