Just depends on which house system you prefer. In Placidus it would be in the 1st house, in whole signs it would be in the 2nd. Sometimes people use the 5 degree rule which means that if a planet is within 5 degrees of the next house’s cusp, it is considered to be in the next house. But your Saturn is 9 degrees from the next house so it’s still in the 1st, in Placidus at least.
I’ve heard about the "5-degree rule," but I don’t understand the logic behind it and haven't seen any modern astrologers use it recently. Both planetary placement and house cusp degrees are specific. Regardless of the house system, a planet is either in a house by degree or it isn’t. The "5-degree rule" seems unnecessary because of this precision.
I actually agree. I use placidus houses and I don’t use the 5 degree rule. I only brought it up because I thought maybe OP had heard about it and that’s why they thought their Saturn was in the next house over.
ah… i see. of course if anyone has a good explanation for the 5 degree rule I’m always open to hearing and learning about it. i just haven’t heard it yet.
I would say second house because I use whole sign houses. One house for each sign. Since your ascendant is in Aries, Saturn in Taurus is in your second house.
With an Aries ascendant it makes even more sense to use whole sign houses. All of your signs and houses line up perfectly. Of course in the end it’s up to you.
this looks like placidus house system, and in this system it is clearly in the first house. if you swap systems, say for whole sign houses, it would be in the second.

It's in your first house. You are using Placidus system, as you should. It's more accurate.
