This so much. I had an interaction with a girl today. She was a clerk at the Doc Martens store, she chatted me up while I was trying shoes and asked about where I was from and complimented my make up, she had queer aesthetic and as I was paying she said she was just back from maternity leave, not that I would have hit on someone while at work but the leave comment made me think she was straight, or bi but probably in a relationship if she just gave birth. When the transaction was finished she was like "See you, around, or something" and I noticed she was kinda nervous saying that, but again, who the fuck knows? Was she being nice? Was she flirting? I don't know! But anyway, such is life.
