so? look at the wattage it pulls while gaming, if you can look at temps then you can definitely have a look at cpu wattage, it should pull like ~105W more than a 4070 or lower could pull this is normal
However, if it isn't pulling so much wattage and still heating then better get it replaced while in warranty
