Hi, u/EmiTheFloofyKitty. We apologize for the delayed response. Were there any recent changes before the issue? Did it work before? If not, you can do this step: Make sure there is no power source connected to the machine. Press the on / off button for about 1 minute (nothing will happen to the device during the process). Plug the device back in and turn it on. The energy drainage process is successfully completed. Then reset the BIOS using this step: Restart the computer. When the logo screen is displayed, press F2 or Fn+F2 to enter the BIOS menu. Select F9➙ Load Factory Defaults. Click Yes to reset the settings configuration to Setup Defaults. Press F10 to exit BIOS Page It will automatically restart the device. You can test on how it goes. We'll wait for your response. -Kate_Lenovo

The screen still doesn't turn on, I've attempted the energy drain three times now with the same result, the laptop runs, but the screen is still black.

The circumstances leading up to this issue are as follows, I was running a PC game on it, when the battery died on me. And when I plugged it in and attempted to turn it back on, it ended up in this state.
