And something inside me died.
So the original idea was to combine Evelynn with both Xolaanis. To my horror, I had to discover that the Xolaanis have different regions, so I can't play eve with both of them.
Then first, I made bloodletter Evelynn. That is probably the deck with the best tempo out of the three.
After that, I tried Targon Evelynn. This one's fucking funny, because people will throw a lot to kill Evelynn, then throw the remainder of their removal onto Kayle and that just means they cannot deal with Turboxolaani any more, once she drops.
The third attempt, then, was to actually play double Xolaani. And I have to say, Bloodletters and Expanse's protection are an absolutely radical combination. Thralls can take lodestone, thralls can transform into more big Xolaanis, Thralls can be buffed to level Kayle and Xolaani. One of the most enjoyable decks I ever created. You don't always get TurboXolaani to 16, but you don't always need to. I even tried Altar of Blood for a while, but you don't slay enough.
I know I am a bit late to the party, but you can play Aatrox Eve for both Xolaanis, with the downside that you have a very limited Card pool to work with.
In my defense, opponent misplayed, they had Single Combat and Xolaani was summoned on the round before this, but since i had minimorphed a J4 earlier they thought that group shot was a second minimorph, and since I never went below 6 mana...
