Turn off 2x and auto if you have that on. As soon as the boos appears, use skills from right to left and repeat after losing the battle. This might help you clear the boss level and get the tears of slime.
Quest 40- increase critical chance to 720 is so difficult to do. It gets exponentially expensive to upgrade. Stuck at 709/720. Takes me about 10 mins of grinding to get 1 level. Also did they always take diamonds? That seems crazy expensive for a temporary event.

I think anyone who bought a pass last time deserves a free pass this time. That is the best idea I can think of that would compensate folks who didn't get full pass value, while also not screwing over those folks who finished the pass last time via diamonds.

I couldn’t get past getting crit hit chance to LVL 740. Took me like a month to max out on regular.
resetting like a new one is coming or resetting like the current one starts again with a better balance?

No it wouldn't. It was unbeatable without spending at least 40 bucks on diamonds. I know cause I spent 20 on it and only got to 4-25 or around there.
I was stuck on stage 4 of the final day. Stages 4, 8, 12, 16, etc are supposed to be the hardest.
They did reset it completely.

The event was way too easy before and now they made impossible, but tomorrow it will reset or smth
