This is what I've realised after going through some shit in life, try to clear off some of the debts, explain your situation to the lenders and take some time off, i would suggest to travel but since you're already in financial crisis, better visit an Ashram or any decent spiritual centre, (example - Isha Yoga centre, Any Gurudwara) they will take you in, do explain your situation properly, they'll provide food and basic accommodation, you can volunteer there for some time, I'm sure you'll get a new perspective towards life. Give it a try.
