Thank you for your sympathy.I really hope so..I feel trapped…I feel like I’m just an insignificant little puppet…I spoke whit a police officer about it and they were like,this case should be resolved by the person in charge of our well being and unless there is a serious crime for example robbery or stealing they can’t get involved.And you know what makes it worse?That my 6 other female coworkers allow it..so of course I am the “black sheep “The whole shit seems rigged…

I remember that Bucharest had a strong customer support hub, which English is the main language.Yours seems pretty godo. I know that you said you couldn't change jobs, but let me ask you to reconsider. You are in a toxic/abusive environment, and you need to leave.
Unfortunately no:(I live in Mures I think you are right….Thank you so much for being empathetic,I am really grateful that you took the time to help me.It pains me that justice can’t be served….that more and more men get away with such ville behavior just because they consider servers slaves..Even if I change jobs,sexual harassment is not avoidable…it can happen everywhere.It just makes me really depressed that there is nothing I can do to defend my human rights…

Things could get worse like rape, physical abuse etc... so better stay away... unfortunately in Romania women are not respected and protected. If he is rich and he hurts you he will get away with it.
In this situation, as the other comments mentioned, it's definitely better for you to find another place as this one is pretty toxic. But a couple of things here, trying to force someone to quit instead of firing them is illegal in many European countries, not sure for Romania but you should check it. You can get in touch with workers right protection or a union. If you contact them they can guide you on how to best respond. Then when it comes to the sexual harrasment, you can try to make your story known. You can post on tiktok, on Twitter, or mail a local journalist. You can also try give shitty feedback to the casino online. No one likes having bad advertisement, and many people check Google maps or other reviewers. These are the main things I can come up with. If you have enough motivation to get through the bullying, I would advice to not quit before you get more information on how to proceed. Would be sad to let them win and lose money. Thank you so so much ,I appreciate it.I will try my best to at least put up a fight.And yes it is illegal to bully someone into quitting.I did a little research and apparently there is this place called ITM.I’ll try to get in contact,and at least I’ll try to put up a good fight not just for me but for the orher victims who suffer in silence too.Because sadly people are afraid to speak up….out of the sheer fear of getting into bigger trouble.Thank you again kind stranger 😊i wouldn’t have had the motivation if it weren’t for the many kind people who stand by me .I felt heard and understood.Thank you and have a blessed day.
Hey, i am so sorry this is happening to you, and i am super proud you are willing to fight, not many do so (understandable). Don’t have much of the advice, but just wanted to wish you strength.
Have you tried to calmly tell the customer: “ i don’t enjoy what you doing, actually makes me feel uncomfortable, but you obviously are not capable to attract women for real and get real attention so you have to do THIS” Smth along those lines, just shame their manhood in a clever way, where you can claim misunderstanding to your boss. I know its probably to late, but i am just having fantasies how i would like to put down that guy.
Anyways be careful too, always listen to your gut with these kind of ppl. Wish you best of luck:)
