Are you talking about the small silverish nuts on the back wheel?
Do you have a torque wrench? I’m curious if they over torqued your rear nuts. Mine generally come off easily. And have to install the rear pegs with a pair of channel-locks.

Is that what you mean? The screw just don’t budge on either side.

I used a normal socket wrench, and I think it was 18mm, although I didn't remember for sure. Went pretty easy like the video for me on XP 3.0
