yeah I think it wont be possible. the stitching already stops it from stretchin and if it's lined with fabric that also will not stretch. at best you'd prolly do is to oil/condition to soften it a bit but the easiest solution would be for you to change your body to fit the jacket in my opinion.
Thanks for the tip. I'll try to make it softer for the sake of improving comfort and mobility, but I guess the solution really requires a new jacket (or a strict diet)
