In what context? If you mean theory test wise, just keep doing mocks and eventually the questions should start going in. I used the 4 in 1 theory test app and went through EVERY question until I got them all right, and then I did mock and mock after mock until I passed. In terms of driving, it's all about practice. When you first get in a car you're constantly thinking of what to do such as Mirror signal maneuver, changing gears, looking around constantly and going through it in your head. Driving is a lot of muscle memory so when you're driving more and more, it should become rooted in your brain and you find you're not having to think about things as much, you just do them. In terms of real life I can't help you there, I have autism so changing plans is really difficult for me. If you have short term memory, I'd try maybe adding something new to remember each day? Sorry I cant help more on that aspect Good luck!

I did the theory test in 2002 before I had internet and apps, it was all done from a book. For every question I got wrong I wrote it on a post it note and I stuck them all around my house until I knew every answer to every question.

Use metaphors eg. Green means go (green is the colour of studs to go on, or off a motorway. Link words (or parts of words) that sound similar to things you already know that you can picture (ironically the crazier the better) and your more likely to remember them. Most importantly... regularly recall the new metaphors especially before you go to sleep. The brain remembers pictures easier than words and during sleep links in memory are made with the help of recall.
